Return Policy

We want you to love your Green Umbrella items as much as we do! But if you’ve changed your mind on Vignette Studios or any other Brand New Apparel item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, or 14 days from date of in-store purchase for store credit or exchange (if the item you want is available at time of return) only.

Many items in our store are final sale. Please note: all food & pantry items are final sale. All vintage, antique and pre-owned furniture, decor and art pieces are final sale. All Vintage Shop Apparel and Accessories are final sale. All personal care, fragrance and beauty skincare products are final sale. Gift cards are final sale.

Before sending back your item please email greenumbrellamarketplace.com to get your return approved. All approved items must be returned in original and unused condition otherwise all tags attached and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues online purchases.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
